I’m very happy with this storage unit. As soon as you walk in the door you are able to see the different sizes of each unit and it’s a fair price. It’s very clean and they are very friendly. Units are secure and they have locks for each unit. I highly recommend American Storage.

The sign up process was quick and easy and there were plenty of updates leading up to my move in day. The storage unit was very clean and was easy to get to. There is a video conference station if you need any help, which was nice to help me find the location of my unit. This was a great experience.

Post grad moving is difficult but Kaitlin made it so easy even on super short notice! She was realistic when advising me on size which is so nice to hear from a customer service rep! My unit was clean, reasonably priced, and I feel safe going to my unit at anytime! Overall if you need storage in Harrisburg, American Storage is where you should go.

So far I have a 10x20 I’ve been renting for a few years. Always clean and easy access 24hr. I recently rented a 10x10 at small location with not issues.

However, this was genuinely a great experience moving in. They have 24 hr access, so I didn’t need to worry about showing up at a certain time of day. I didn’t need to interact with anyone to get access to my space; I just showed up on the date I selected for move-in and the lock was on the inside of the space for me to attach. I stopped by the main building on my way out, and it was very nice inside. They had models of each of the different sizes of unit, and they had a motion-activated monitor where you could talk to a live employee if you had any questions. Their accessibility options were also excellent. They had several wheelchair accessible units, where the door hinged outward instead of upward. All in all, an excellent experience and I would recommend them to others.

I am new to American Storage but in comparison to other storage facilities, American Storage is the cleanest and most organized company...I would recommend them to anyone who needs storage.
